Athos is a member of the Australian Society of Certified Public Accountants, a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a member of the Cyprus Accountants Association.

He has 20 years experience in Australia and Cyprus as an auditor and international tax consultant and specializes in international tax matters and offshore trusts.

He writes articles in the international press on related topics and lectures on international tax planning and asset protection trusts.

ERAKLIS MICHAEL,BSc

Audit and Tax Manager

Eraklis has obtained a Bachelor degree in business administration from the Aristoteleio University of Thessaloniki. He is also a member of the Cyprus Accountants Association.

He is in charge of accounting, auditing and financial reporting and has the overall responsibilities of the audit department. He specializes in Cyprus Tax and E.U. VAT.

He is a regular speaker on seminars organised by our group in various countries.

RANIA ANDREOU, BSc, FCCA

Manager – Audit and Assurance services

Rania holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance. She is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom (FCCA). Rania is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).

She has working experience with one of the big Four Auditing firms in the Audit and Advisory Services Department.

She is in charge of audit and compliance services and of staff training.

FIONA ZENONOS

Manager – VAT & Bookkeeping Department

Fiona graduated from the University of South Australia with an MBA (Masters Degree in Business Administration) specializing in Management.

She has worked for a number of years in the Australian Taxation Office and is in charge of the VAT and Bookkeeping Department and our United Kingdom client portfolio for individual and company tax compliance.

She specializes in E.U. VAT, UK and Australian Tax issues.
